The “DU section” the treasure keeper tasks:

• You have ideas for modern HR processes and implement them in coordination with management.
• You will help ensure that SHERA is a professional home for our employees.
• You optimize HR processes and instruments.
• You advise specialists and managers on personnel-related and employment law issues.
• You manage recruitment processes and acquire new employees.
• You manage the smooth onboarding and sometimes, unfortunately, also the offboarding.
• You support our trainees as the person responsible for training.
• You maintain and manage the digital personnel file in our HR software Aventini.
• You are responsible for our time recording and compile all wage-relevant information for our external payroll.
• As part of professional personnel administration, you will create, for example, employment contracts, certificates and other personnel-related documents.
• You manage feedback processes such as annual reviews or individual employee discussions.
• You take care of the company integration (BEM).
• You take care of the realization of employee benefits.
• You plan and organize personnel development measures (internal and external training and further education).
• You keep an eye on current changes in the law and implement them pragmatically.

Treasure Keeper Skills

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualifications in the field of human resources or a relevant degree
• You are experienced in human resources management

Responsibilities / Main tasks
