New 3D printed material with modern aesthetics
Desert and Stone - although they sound like a San Francisco investigator duo, they are the new colours of the 3D printing resins in the SHERAprint-model range. In the sand-coloured Desert and grey Stone shade, they look mega good, just like the stars of the silver screen, but in addition to the aesthetics, they also bring a lot of technical power for dental technology.
For all models
Perfect, aesthetic models can be printed with the light-curing precision resins SHERAprint-model: Implant models, veneer models, inlay models up to aligner models or mock-up/wax-up models, with or without dies, hollow or solid as partial model or complete jaw.
Precise and super readable
The shimmering surface feels pleasantly velvety, while at the same time meeting the highest demands on mechanical properties. The model is firm and dimensionally stable. It is very easy to work with. Both printing plastics produce models with sharp drawings on which contours, fissures and other details are reproduced exactly. They are highly precise and provide a reliable basis for work.
High depth of field
The models made of the Desert material fulfil the colour expectation of a classic model. The grey Stone shade provides a nice contrast to the prosthetic work and does not distract the eye. Users particularly praise the high depth of field of the "Stone models", which facilitates precise work.
For DLP printers
Both 3D materials are designed for layer thicknesses of 50 µm and 100 µm. They are suitable for DLP printers that expose in a wave range of 385 nanometres. In addition, SHERAprint-model stone is also designed for the wave range of 405 nanometres. The printing parameters for the SHERAprint printers have been developed by the SHERA team and are available to users.
