More control over the shade of dental appliances
The light colour increases the contrast and improves the effect in depth. The focus is on the dental appliance and not distracted by the model. The neutral grey shade makes it easier for the human eye to precisely differentiate tooth shades providing more control over the colour of dental appliances.
High sharpness in detail - particularly good readability
Produced with the SHERAprint 3D printer, the resin is turned into precise models with the finest surface structures, which are particularly readable thanks to the sharpness of detail. This is due to the composition of the printing material, the colouring and the resulting high contrast. The material is also suitable for printing on Asiga Max, Anycubic Photon and other Rapid-Shape based printers.
Versatile application possibilities
The new print material is suitable for master, implant, die or veneer models as well as for models in the aligner technique. Sheraprint-model UV can be printed in both 50 µm and 100 µm. This saves about a third of the production time - an advantage especially in orthodontic dental technology when many aligner models are needed.
The material is suitable for all DLP-based printers. The optimal printing parameters for Sheraprint-model UV in smoky white were developed for the additive workflow with the SHERAprint system.
